Enrolled Nurses and Support Services Enterprise Agreement 2015

This agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of the last signature below (the “Effective Date”) by and between the enrolled nurses and support services (the “Employees”) and the support services enterprise (the “Employer”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of employment and support services for all enrolled nurses and support staff employed by the Employer.

1. Definitions
In Agreement, unless context otherwise requires, following terms shall have meanings set forth below:
